Rockin' is the ninth studio album by the Canadian rock band The Guess Who. It was originally released by RCA Records in 1972. It is the last album by the group to feature rhythm guitarist Greg Leskiw. Two charting singles were released from the album. Heartbroken Bopper" spent seven weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 peaking at number 47 and "Guns, Guns, Guns" spent six weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 peaking at number 70.

Star Baby" was written by Guess Who lead singer Burton Cummings. At the time, the band was on tour with Bonnie Bramlett, who had split from her husband and musical partner, Delaney Bramlett and was having an affair with one of The Guess Who's roadies. When I wrote it I was trying to see Bonnie through our roadie's eyes and what he might say to her," Cummings told Ken Sharp. It was finished really quickly. This is confusing, because their previous album, released in 1973, was titled That one was overall the band's twelfth studio album, but the tenth to feature Cummings, and of course the ninth to have the band name without the question mark or the "Chad Allan and the Expressions" name. The song was never a huge national hit, but did well in many markets, including Chicago, where the radio station WLS have it heavy airplay and ranked the song as the 37th most popular hit of 1974.
